ZOLDONAT 4MG INJECTION contains Zoledronic Acid, which belongs to the group of medicines called Bisphosphonates. It is used to manage bone complications such as fractures and bone metastases (cancer that has spread from the original (primary) tumour to the bone) in adult patients and helps to reduce the amount of calcium in the blood in adult patients (tumour-induced hypercalcaemia (TIH)).

Along with treatment with ZOLDONAT 4MG INJECTION, your doctor might ask you to make some lifestyle changes, such as eating a balanced diet rich in calcium and vitamin D. Prior to starting treatment with ZOLDONAT 4MG INJECTION, your doctor might want you to take some diagnostic tests to understand the existing condition.

Before receiving ZOLDONAT 4MG INJECTION, inform your doctor if you have had or have pain, swelling or numbness of the jaw, a feeling of heaviness in the jaw or loosening of teeth, kidney disease, are having dental treatment, or are due to undergo dental surgery.

ZOLDONAT 4MG INJECTION is not recommended for use in pregnant and breast-feeding women. ZOLDONAT 4MG INJECTION is not recommended for use in children and adolescents (under 18 years of age) and should be used with caution in elderly patients (aged 65 years and above). Consult your doctor before receiving ZOLDONAT 4MG INJECTION.

The most common side effects of receiving ZOLDONAT 4MG INJECTION are headache, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, conjunctivitis, and anemia (a low number of red blood cells). Inform your doctor if any of the symptoms worsen.

DARBECON 40MCG contains Darbepoetin alfa which belongs to a class of medications called erythropoiesis-stimulating agents (ESAs). It is used to treat anemia. Anemia is a condition where your blood does not contain enough red blood cells and symptoms may be fatigue, weakness and shortness of breath. It works in the same way as erythropoietin, the natural hormone which is produced in your kidneys and encourages your bone marrow to produce more red blood cells.

Always use DARBECON 40MCG as your doctor has told you. It is not recommended for the use in children and adolescents under 18 years. Do not take this medicine, if you have suffered from sickle cell anemia, epileptic fits (seizures) and convulsions (fits or seizures). It should be used with caution in pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor before taking this medicine. Tell your doctor, if you are taking or taken or might take any other medicines. The most common side effects include stroke, pain around the area injected, rash and/or redness of the skin, allergic reactions, high blood pressure, blood clots (thrombosis) and fluid retention (oedema).

CARBOPLATIN 150MG contains Carboplatin which belongs to the group of medicines called Anti-cancer agents. It is used to treat advanced ovarian cancer and small cell lung cancer. It is generally used in combination with other anti-cancer medicines to achieve better results.

Advanced ovarian cancer is the cancer originated in ovary and spread to other parts of the body and small cell lung cancer is the cancer that occurs in tissues of the lungs. It is caused mainly due to smoking and characterized by symptoms such as chest pain, cough with blood, shortness of breath, tiredness, and weight loss.

Algesia CR 200mg/20mg Capsule can be taken with or without food. The dose will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should take it as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by the doctor.

The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, flatulence, indigestion, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and constipation. Introduction:

Priunta 440mg Injection consists of the active ingredient Trastuzumab. It is indicated to treat early-stage and metastatic breast cancer where the cancer cells develop due to overexpression of HER2 proteins. This medication is also used to treat metastatic gastric cancer with increased levels of HER2 proteins. Cancer occurs when the cells begin to grow abnormally and uncontrollably, and cancer that has begun to spread is termed metastatic cancer.

Priunta 440mg Injection is not recommended for patients aged under 18, patients who have severe breathing problems or need oxygen treatment. It is necessary to let your physician know if you have any heart problems, breathlessness, or have ever had any other cancer treatment. Make sure you inform your physician of all the medicines, including supplements and herbal medicines, you are taking before you start treatment with this medication.

Use effective birth control during the treatment and for at least 7 months after the final dose. Suppose you begin any new medication within seven months after the final dose. In that case, you must inform the health care professional that you have had Priunta 440mg Injection as this drug may take around 7 months to be eliminated from the body. 

Uses of Priunta 440mg Injection:

Priunta 440mg Injection is indicated to treat the following conditions:

• Early and metastatic breast cancer
• Metastatic gastric cancer

How Priunta 440mg Injection Works:

The substance called HER2 (human epidermal growth factor receptor 2) is found in abundant amounts on surface of certain cancer cells, where it stimulates cancer growth. Priunta 440mg Injection selectively binds to HER2 and stops the growth of cancer cells.
