Ibrutinib is used in the treatment of mantle-cell lymphoma and blood cancer (chronic lymphocytic leukemia). It is also used in chronic lymphocytic leukaemia who have received at least one prior therapy or with 17p deletion. Ibrutinib is a Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibitor.

Bicatero 50mg Tablet should be taken with or without food, preferably at a fixed time every day. Your doctor will decide what dose is necessary and how often you need to take it. This will depend on what you are being treated for and may change from time to time. You should take it exactly as your doctor has advised. Taking it in the wrong way or taking too much can cause very serious side effects. It may take several weeks or months for you to see or feel the benefits but do not stop taking it unless your doctor tells you to.

AZADINE 100MG INJECTION contains Azacitidine which belongs to the group of medicines called Anticancer agents. It is used in adults in the management of all sub-types of myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS, a group of cancers associated with blood and bone marrow), and certain types of blood cancer known as chronic myelomonocytic leukaemia (CMML) and acute myeloid leukaemia (AML).

CMML is a type of blood cancer where the bone marrow releases an excess amount of monocytes (a type of blood cell) into the blood stream, whereas in AML, the bone marrow releases an excess amount of immature white blood cells. Both are characterized by recurrent infections, fever, tiredness, and increased bleeding or bruising.

A nurse or other trained health professional will give you this medicine in a medical facility. It is given through a needle placed into one of your veins. It must be given slowly, so the needle will have to stay in place for 1 to 2 minutes.

Your doctor will give you a few doses of this medicine until your condition improves, and then switch you to an oral medicine that works the same way. If you have any questions about this, talk to your doctor.

Eraxis (anidulafungin) is an antifungal antibiotic that treats candida (yeast) infections in the blood, or in the stomach or esophagus.

Common side effects of Eraxis include:

• flushing or hot flashes,
• dizziness,
• diarrhea,
• constipation,
• headache,
• nausea,
• vomiting, or
• injection site reactions (pain, swelling, or irritation).

Tell your doctor if you have serious side effects of Eraxis including shortness of breath, dark urine, severe stomach or abdominal pain, yellowing eyes or skin, persistent nausea or vomiting, muscle weakness or spasm, vision changes, pain/redness/swelling of arms or legs, new signs of infection (e.g., fever, persistent sore throat), easy bruising or bleeding, fast/slow/irregular heartbeat, seizures, increased urination or thirst, or mental/mood changes.

ERAXIS for Injection is a sterile, lyophilized product for intravenous (IV) infusion that contains anidulafungin. ERAXIS (anidulafungin) is a semi-synthetic lipopeptide synthesized from a fermentation product of Aspergillus nidulans. Anidulafungin is an echinocandin, a class of antifungal drugs that inhibits the synthesis of 1,3-β-D-glucan, an essential component of fungal cell walls.

Specimens for fungal culture and other relevant laboratory studies (including histopathology) should be obtained prior to therapy to isolate and identify causative organism(s). Therapy may be instituted before the results of the cultures and other laboratory studies are known. However, once these results become available, antifungal therapy should be adjusted accordingly.

• AnesthesiaVecuron 4 mg Injection is used along with general anesthesia to reduce the pain during endotracheal intubation and to provide skeletal muscle relaxation during surgery or mechanical ventilation.

Cabazitaxel injection is used along with prednisone to treat prostate cancer (cancer of a male reproductive organ) that has already been treated with other medications. Cabazitaxel injection is in a class of medications called microtubule inhibitors. It works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells.

Cabazitaxel injection comes as a liquid to be given intravenously (into a vein) over 1 hour by a doctor or nurse in a medical facility. It is usually given once every 3 weeks.

You will need to take prednisone every day during your treatment with cabazitaxel injection. It is important that you take prednisone exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Tell your doctor if you have missed doses or have not taken prednisone as prescribed.

Your doctor may need to stop or delay your treatment or decrease your dose if you experience certain severe side effects. Be sure to tell your doctor how you are feeling during your treatment.

• tell your doctor and pharmacist if you are allergic to cabazitaxel injection, any other medications, polysorbate 80, or any of the other ingredients in cabazitaxel injection. Ask your pharmacist for a list of the ingredients.
• tell your doctor and pharmacist what prescription and nonprescription medications, vitamins, and nutritional supplements you are taking or plan to take. Be sure to mention any of the following: anticoagulants ('blood thinners') such as warfarin (Coumadin); antifungals such as ketoconazole (Nizoral), itraconazole (Sporanox), and voriconazole (Vfend); antiplatelet medications; aspirin or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin) and naproxen (Aleve, Naprosyn); clarithromycin (Biaxin); certain medications for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) such as atazanavir (Reyataz), indinavir (Crixivan), nelfinavir (Viracept), ritonavir (Norvir, in Kaletra), and saquinavir (Invirase); certain medications for seizures such as carbamazepine (Carbatrol, Equetro, Tegretol), phenytoin (Dilantin), and phenobarbital; nefazodone; rifabutin (Mycobutin), rifapentine (Priftin); rifampin (Rimactin, in Rifamate, in Rifater); steroid medication; and telithromycin (Ketek). Your doctor may need to change the doses of your medications or monitor you carefully for side effects. Many other medications may also interact with cabazitaxel injection, so be sure to tell your doctor about all the medications you are taking, even those that do not appear on this list.
• tell your doctor what herbal products you are taking, especially St. John's wort.
• tell your doctor if you have or have ever had liver disease. Your doctor may probably tell you not to receive cabazitaxel injection.
• tell your doctor if you have or have ever had kidney disease or anemia (a lower than normal number of red blood cells).
• you should know that cabazitaxel injection is usually used in men with prostate cancer. If used by pregnant women, cabazitaxel injection can cause harm to the fetus. Women who are or may become pregnant or are breast-feeding should not receive cabazitaxel injection. If you receive cabazitaxel injection while you are pregnant, call your doctor. You should use birth control to prevent pregnancy during your treatment with cabazitaxel injection.
• if you are having surgery, including dental surgery, tell the doctor or dentist that you are receiving cabazitaxel injection.

Talk to your care team about the use of this medication in children. While it may be given to children as young as 12 years for selected conditions, precautions do apply.
